Medhi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. B. Choudhury, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the APDCL. 2. Mr. P. P. Medhi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be well advised to approach the appropriate forum as regards his grievances. He therefore submits that the petitioner would not like to pursue the present proceedings. 3. Taking into account the above, the writ petition therefore stands closed on withdrawal. 4.
