Learned counsel for the petI'tiOner Submits that the petitioner is unable to meet the above condition because of her financial constraints. 5. ln view of the above reason, the condition mentioned at para No.5 (i) of the order dated 16.05.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner/1st accused shall be released op, Jlail On her execution of personal bond for 3 Dr.YLR,J CRL.P.No.7534/2025 .
