Malleshwaram, Bangalore - 560 003, the authorized representative of the Petitioner herein and Pushpa K, wife of Rajashekar, aged about 55 years, residing at Itangur Road, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore-560 025, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as under:

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18975 WP No. 13547 of 2025
2) We state that the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of First Information Report in Vidhana Soudha Police Station Crime No.114 of 2023 (Annexure "A") and complaint (Annexure "B") for offences punishable under Sections 120B and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all further proceedings pending on the file of the 39th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru. 3) We state that the 2nd Respondent is the de-facto of the complainant in Vidhana Soudha Police Station Crime No.114 of 2023. The 2nd respondent based on hearsay and lack of knowledge of court process wrongly accused the Petitioner of wrong-doing. 4) We state that, on making enquiries, the 2nd Respondent learnt that the policy decision directing the Mahila Supplementary Production Training Centres to tie-up with Bureau of Indian Standard Certified Groups was upheld by the Supreme Court of India and the High Court in several litigations.
Therefore, the information received by the 2nd Respondent was not correct and hence the complaint leading to registration of Vidhana Soudha Crime No.114 of 2023 came to be filed. 5) We state that, in light of the above, the 2nd Respondent is no longer interested in pursuing the complaint. The 2nd Respondent is executing this joint compromise petition out of her own free will and seeking appropriate legal advice. - 5 -
