GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: Heard Sri N.Roopeswara Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri V R Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is interfering with the possession of the petitioner over an extent of Ac.1-51 cents in Sy. No.632-2 and Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.653-P3 of Thorrivemula Village, Mylavaram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District without issuing any notice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner inherited the aforementioned lands from his ancestors. The name of the petitioner is updated in the Record of Rights. In proof of the same, the petitioner filed Ex.P.1 Pattadar Pass Book, Ex.P.2-RoR 1B and other revenue records. 3 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on oral instructions would submit that the 4th respondent is not interfering with the petitioner’s possession over the aforementioned properties. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the 4th respondent not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession over an extent of Ac.1-51 cents in Sy.No.632-2 and Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.653-P3 of Thorrivemula Village, Mylavaram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without following due process. No order as to costs.
