Writ appeal pending before the Hon’ble High Court in writ appeal No.836/2024. The appellant submits that the Hon’ble High Court has passed the final order in WP No.482/2024. Hence, the appeal has become infructuous and hence it is prayed that the writ appeal No.836/2024 having become infructuous and be withdrawn.” 2. We find that there is an office objection regarding the non-payment of the Court Fee of Rs.100/-. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants states that, the withdrawal of appeal be allowed by taking her submission on record that, she shall deposit the deficit court fee in the Registry during the course of the day. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:10532-DB WA No. 836 of 2024 4.
