Heard Mr. P. Mahanta, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. S. Roy, learned State Counsel for the respondents. This is an application praying for deletion/striking out of the names of respondent Nos. 5, 6 & 7 from the array of parties in the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 6868/2025. Mr. Mahanta, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7 have been inadvertently arrayed as party respondents by name and therefore, prays for striking out their names from the array of parties. Having considered that there would not be any grievance against the respondent Nos. 5, 6 & 7 in their personal capacity, I am of the considered view that the respondent Nos. 5, 6 & 7 are not even proper parties in the connected
