Case No. 97 of 2023, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have given several axe blows on the head of the deceased, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. 5.
