Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Goilkera P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 79 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., (Porahat), West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. On 11.01.2024, brother of the informant namely Berha Taisum was murdered by unknown persons. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary conceded this fact. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., (Porahat), West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Goilkera P.S.
