The petitioner by means of the present writ petition have prayed for the following relief:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI calling the record of the case and quashing the impugned order dated 13.03.2019 passed by Special Secretary Mines & Minerals Department, U.P. Shasan, Lucknow (Respondent no.1) and order dated 12.04.2018 passed by Commissioner, Saharnapur Division Saharanpr as well as the order dated 08.07.2017 passed by District Magistrate, Saharanpur." 3. Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the controversy in the instant case is settled by judgment of this Court in a bunch of writ petition leading of which is Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru. Prop. Labh Singh Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Secy. Geology and Mining and others). Accordingly, he submits that the present writ petition may also Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. In view of submissions advanced by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, the impugned impugned order dated 13.03.2019 passed by Special Secretary Mines & Minerals Department, U.P. Shasan, Lucknow (Respondent no.1) and order dated 12.04.2018 passed by Commissioner, Saharnapur Division Saharanpr as well as the order dated 08.07.2017 passed by District Magistrate, Saharanpur are quashed and the writ petition is allowed in terms of direction contained in order dated 19.11.2022 passed in Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru.
