The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 104/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. Theft was committed in the house of the informant. During the Couse of investigation, some of the miscreants were apprehended and, on their pointing out, stolen jewelries were recovered from the shop of co-accused Vivek Kumar @ Chhota. 4. Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of apprehended co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Vivek Kumar @ Chhota has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 9439 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on better footing. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Simdega P.S.
