Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this bail application to approach the learned trial Court. 4. Prayer for withdrawal of this bail application is allowed. 5. Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the learned Trial Court with a prayer for regular bail. On such prayer being made, the learned Trial Court shall consider the same on its own merit, without being influenced by the withdrawal of this bail petition. 6.
