JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the notice dated 01.03.2017 (Annexure-J) issued by respondent No.3 herein, inter alia, sought for a direction to the respondent-Authorities to consider the application made by the father of the petitioner as per the acknowledgment produced at Annexure-H to the writ petition in respect of the subject matter. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account the factual aspects on record, as the learned counsel appearing for petitioner has contended that, the father of the petitioner herein has made an application seeking regularisation of the land in question, as per the acknowledgment produced at Annexure-H and taking into account the impugned notice - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24256 WP No. 23810 of 2017 at Annexure-J is concerned, I am of the view that, it is open for the petitioner herein to file a reply and in the said reply, it is open for the petitioner to take a stand with regard to the pending application, if any, filed by the father of the petitioner herein during 1971. If such a reply is made by the petitioner herein, respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law. Till the consideration of the said reply that may be made by the petitioner herein to the notice at Annexure-J, no precipitative action shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
