Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for Bar Council of U.P. prays for and is allowed 10 days' time to obtain instructions. Put up as fresh on 19th March." Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari for the respondent states that orders have been passed in the pending proceedings today by the authority concerned. Its copy has also been sent to the petitioner by registered post. In view of the statement made by the respondent, no further grievance survives in the present writ petition, which is accordingly consigned to records.
