Biswakarma, the learned counsel for the applicant/claimant. Also heard Mr. S. Sarma, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. K.K. Bhatta, the learned counsel for the opposite party/insurance company. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant, namely, Smti. Dipali Hazarika Bora, who is the respondent No. 1/claimant in connected MAC Appeal No. 288/2022. Page No.# 3/3 3. In this application, the applicant has prayed for releasing the 20% of the compensation awarded to her by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal and which has been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry of this court in pursuant to the order dated 01.06.2022, passed in I.A.(Civil) No.1555/2022. 4. The learned counsel for the insurance company does not have any objection to the said prayer. 5. Hence, the prayer is allowed. 6. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Registry to disburse the 20% of the awarded compensation amount deposited by the insurance company before it to the present applicant/claimant after proper verification.
