By means of present C-482 Petition, the applicant seeks to quash the order dated 25.03.2015, passed by learned Principal Judge, Additional Family Court, Dehradun in Case Crime No. 406 of 2023, Neha Jain vs. Ekansh Jain, whereby learned Magistrate has partly allowed the in interim maintenance application filed by the opposite party no.2 and directed the applicant to pay to the Opposite Party No. 2 as well as his daughter Rs. 15,000/- per month from the date of application till the final disposal of the case. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record. 6. Today, learned counsel for the parties submitted that Divorce Decree has been passed, both the parties are living separately and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 7.
