(Oral) In terms of order dated 26.02.2026, respondent-State has filed status report dated 13.03.2026 under the signatures of SHO, Police Station Pachhad, District Sirmaur, H.P., perusal whereof reveals that cancellation report has been prepared in the FIR sought to be quashed in the instant proceedings and the same shall be filed in the competent Court of law in shortest possible time. Otherwise also, having carefully perused the status report, this Court finds that during investigation, no 2 case much less under Section 430 of IPC and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, has been found against the petitioners. 2. Since Investigating Agency after having investigated the case has itself decided to file cancellation report in the FIR sought to be quashed, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, as having rendered infructuous.
