GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 4 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.18489 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the impugned proceedings of temporary removal of Petitioner as Field Assistant, Katrenikona Grampanchayat, Katrenikona Mandal, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District vide Rc.No.10/SA/16th Round/DVC/DWMA/KNSM/2025 dated 27.03.2025 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned standing counsel would submit that final orders were passed on 21.07.2025 vide Rc.No.10/SA/16th Round/DVC/DWMA/KNSM/2025 dated 21.07.2025 terminating the services of the Petitioner. A copy of the same is passed on to the Court. 3. Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel and placing the order dated 21.07.2025 on record, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
