KOTESWARA RAO MUTHINENI (STANDING COUNSEL FOR DRAVIDIAN UNIVERSITY) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “to declare the inaction of the respondents in the matter of issuing regularization orders to the petitioners in spite of the declaration of probation of the petitioners by the Executive Council vide its orders dated 16.8.2017 and not following the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.14 HE (UE.II) Department, dated 20.2.2010 of the Government of A.P. till date as arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to direct the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners as per law for regularization of services and as per G.O.Ms.No.14, dated 20.2.2010.” 2. Sri Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent-University on instructions would submit that the interim order passed by this Court on 2 02.05.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018 is complied with and hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and no further orders are necessary. 4.
