In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing order dated 19.02.2025 at Annexure-A issued by respondent herein. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGA, the impugned notice has been issued to protect the existing road by the respondent-authority. 4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration as it is reflected in the order dated 19.02.2025, the respondent-authority has considered the existence of the road as per the village map, and I am of the opinion that, in order to protect the interest of public, Annexure-A has been issued by the respondent-authority. Therefore, I am of the view that, there is no perversity in the impugned order at Annexure-A. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22886 WP No. 15059 of 2025 5.
