With reference to order dated April 30, 2024, Mr. Raman Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that demarcation of the subject land has been carried out. Further, even the title of the petitioner has been verified. Resultantly, the formal process of acquisition of the land in question has been initiated. 2. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be disposed of for having been rendered infructuous. However, in the event, the acquisition proceedings are not pursued in the right earnest, for, the land owners, as it is due to lapse of considerable time, have been suffering, they be granted liberty to move an appropriate application in this petition itself for appropriate orders. 3.
