He further submits that as the application of the petitioner for issuance of a Scheduled Caste certificate is pending before the authorities, this petition be disposed of with the direction to the authorities to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Without making any observation on the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that if there is any application of the petitioner for issuance of a Scheduled Caste certificate pending with the authorities, then the same be decided in accordance with law.
