Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court, Munshi Sangh, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur within a period of two weeks. Orders dated 12.05.2025 and 10.07.2025 are hereby recalled. SB Criminal Misc. Petition No.493/2025 will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost.
