JUSTICE KAUSHIK GOSWAMI ORDER Date : 27.10.2025 Heard Mr. A. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Dhar, learned standing counsel appearing for the Handloom, Textile & Sericulture Department and Mr. B. Sarma, learned standing counsel appearing for the Accountant General. By way of this application, the applicant is seeking correction/modification of order dated 05.04.2025 passed by this court in I.A.(Civil)/973/2025 arising out of WP(C)/4189/2024. It appears that in I.A.(Civil)/973/2025, instead of directing the Page No.# 3/3 learned counsel appearing for the applicant to file the amended cause title before the Registry for doing the needful, it inadvertently allowed the learned counsel for the applicant to file an amended writ petition within 2 (two) weeks from today. It appears that due to the inadvertent error having crept into the order dated 05.04.2025, the applicant is unable to get the substitution as allowed by this court effected. Accordingly, in the order dated 05.04.2025 passed in I.A. (Civil)/973/2025 arising out of WP(C)/4189/2024, it is clarified that instead of the direction to “Mr. Raja to file an amended writ petition within two weeks from today,” the same is corrected and modified as “Mr. Raja, to file an amended cause title before the Registry of this Court within two weeks from today.” Hence, the interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of. This order shall be read together with the order dated 05.04.2025 passed in I.A.(Civil)/973/2025 arising out of WP(C)/4189/2024. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
