2. None represented for the Petitioner.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents would submit that in view of the facts narrated in the instructions, no further orders are necessary.
4. Relevant paragraph of the Written Instructions is extracted as under:
I further submit that in all the above cases the common people who are the complainants voluntarily came forward to the PSs and lodged complaints against the Petitioner. In all the cases, through investigation was made and prima facie was well established against the petitioner and after that only, the petitioner was arrested and sent for remand. These
facts clearly established that no false case was foisted against the petitioner by police and no false report was submitted by the police, against the petitioner for opening of rowdy sheet.
Further as per our discreet information reveals that the petitioner is painter by professional and he along with five brothers h as no livelihood activity except their organisation. Later on enquiry it came to light that the petitioner has may studied sixth class as his original qualification. But
4
he used to say that he was completed his degree and thereby cheated the common public.
In view of the above circumstances explained, there is no single iota of truth in the petition of the petitioner. He only filed this petition before the Hon’ble court for getting stay orders in the above all cases and also to avoid his arrest by the police in Cr.No.115/2017 of Mahanandi P.S. As he involved in many criminal cases and the Police officers acted according to law and there is no any personal grudge against the petitioner.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
