The Written Instructions would indicate that the Tahsildar, Chintalapudi Mandal (Respondent No.3) did not contact the Writ Petitioner because the personal details and the contact numbers have not been furnished by the Writ Petitioner. 4. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into the merit by directing the Writ Petitioner to approach the Tahsildar, Chintalapudi Mandal (Respondent No.3) within one week from today and furnish all the personal details including the contact Mobile number and also any other documents in support of the claim, within one week from today. Upon receipt of the said particulars, the Tahsildar shall act on the Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated: 21.06.2023 (Ex.P.1) and issue Final Proceedings in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter. Needless to state that the Tahsildar is statutorily obligated to adhere the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing Advance Notices to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner herein, consider their submissions/ objections and documents if any, before issuing the final proceeding. 5. 3 The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to the Tahsildar, Chintalapudi Mandal (Respondent No.3) within one week from today for effective compliance. 6.
