Case No. 89 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bokaro. 3. On 18.08.2025, at about 07:00 P.M., the petitioner alongwith his mother went to the Tanishq showroom at Sector-4, Bokaro. It is alleged that the mother of the petitioner left her artificial ring and decamped away with original gold ring. 4. It was submitted that that the parties have settled the dispute. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Sector-4 P.S.
