It appears that the case number has been typed as PRC Case No. 39/2025 Page No.# 2/2 U/S 3(5)/303(2)/305(b)/305(c)/306/3/17(2)/317(4)/112/61(2) of BNS, 2023 instead of PRC Case No. 129/2025 (arising out of Maniklpur P.S. Case No. 39/2025 under Section 3(5)/303(2)/305(b)/305(c)/306/317(2)/317(4)/112/61(2). Accordingly, order dated 12.11.2025 passed in Bail Appln No. 3621/2025 at paragraph No.2, PRC Case No. 39/2025 shall be read as PRC Case No. 129/2025 (arising out of Maniklpur P.S. Case No. 39/2025 under Section 3(5)/303(2)/305(b)/305(c)/306/317(2)/317(4)/112/61(2) of BNS, 2023. 4. The order stand corrected accordingly and shall form a part of the order dated 12.11.2025. 5.
