By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to extend the time to comply with the order dated 31.07.2025, passed in Criminal Revision No.311 of 2025. It is further clarified that in case, the aforesaid order, is not complied with, within the stipulated period, as granted, the consequences, as ordered on 31.07.2025, shall ensue.
