ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for;
“...to issue an appropriate writ,
order or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents especially Respondents Nos. 3 to 5 in calling and harassing the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and forcing the petitioner to settle the properties to the unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 9 and further pressurizing the petitioner to act as per the terms and conditions of the Respondents Nos.6 to 9 as being illegal arbitrary unfair exercise of power beyond the jurisdiction apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Fundamental rights enshrined under Article 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents Nos. 3 to 5 not to harass or call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil/properties disputes pending between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and pass such other order or orders... ”
2. Heard Sri V.Nitesh,
learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioner, the Police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station and interfering in the civil matter, and hence, a direction may be given not to call the petitioner to the Police Station.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the Police never called the petitioner to the Police Station and are not interfering in the civil dispute and appropriate orders may be passed.

5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However the Police are directed not to call the petitioner to the Police Station since no crime has been registered against him. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
