Mr. Deepak Petshali, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. B.C. Joshi, learned AGA along with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Vide order dated 21.03.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner was asked to get clear instructions into the matter from the petitioner as to whether he is still ready to solemnize the marriage with respondent no.3, if the girl/victim is willing to do so. 4. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner along with petitioner-Vikas Kumar (appeared through V.C.) submit that petitioner is not ready to solemnize the marriage with respondent no.3-victim. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at a length along with petitioner himself and considered their submissions and perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that the matter requires some deliberation. 6. Issue notice to the respondent no.3, returnable within four weeks. 7. Steps to be taken within three days. 8. List on 16.06.2025. 9. In the meantime, respondents may file the counter affidavit. 10.
