This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, Shafiqul Islam and Nasima Khatun , apprehending arrest in connection with Juria P.S. Case No. 205/2025 registered u/s 61(2)/103(1)/238(a)/3(5) of BNS. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail by this court on 25.11.2025. 4. The allegation in the FIR dated 26.07.2025 lodged by Manjilla Khatun stating inter alia that after the death of her husband, the FIR named accused persons took her minor daughter to their house with a promise to provide care and education. Subsequently, on 20.07.2025, the informant came to know about the death of her daughter. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to grant of interim bail, the petitioners appeared before the IO and their statements were recorded. 6. Case diary has been received and the statements of the accused are available in the case diary. 7. As per the final medical opinion fairly pointed out by the learned prosecution it was opined that the death was due to chronic lung pathology, not due to any injury or violence. 8. In view of the aforesaid aspect of the matter, appearance of the petitioner before the IO - interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, dated 25.11.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) That the petitioners shall be available for the trial if one Page No.# 3/3 commence; (ii) The petitioners shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 9.
