The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 112(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-A), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 29.03.2025, Sidhgora police, raided a place near New Tata Line, Sidhgora and apprehended several accused persons. On search, fire arms were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but he was not arrested at the spot. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of apprehended co-accused 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, thes petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sidhgora P.S.
