Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Barlanga P.S. Case no. 11/2024 registered under Sections 366A of I.P.C and during course of investigation, Section 363 of IPC and Section 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act has also been added, pending in the court of A.D.J-1, Ramgarh. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed the minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. She has also stated that they had established physical relationship. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that the victim is a minor girl aged about 16 years; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
