2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1803 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
