Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner and his family members to police station frequently without there being any registration of a crime. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner and his family members in Cr.No.86 of 2025, for the offences punishable under Section 85 r/w 3(5) of the BNS 2023 and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
