Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who has produced the case diary. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 03.12.2025 and in pursuant Page No.# 2/2 to the direction of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer on more than one occasion and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though there are incriminating materials against him in the case diary, however, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 5. Since, the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him by this Court by its order dated 03.12.2025 is hereby made absolute with a condition that he shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. 6.
