Having taken note of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and the claim made by the petitioner herein at Annexures - 'E and F', would indicate that the land in question has been granted in favour of mother of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner as at Annexures - 'E and F' dated 03.07.2023 and 08.08.2023 respectively, in accordance with law, within outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
