This is an Interlocutory Application filed under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 for suspension of sentence pending appeal and to allow the applicant to go on previous bail. It is noticed that the applicant was released on previous bail vide Order dated 26.08.2025 and by virtue of Section 430, this Court deems it fit that since the period of sentence imposed upon the applicant is of 2 years, the sentence imposed upon the applicant may be suspended during the pendency of the appeal and the applicant be released on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
