Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Jayram Pandey, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Kallu Alias Sharafat, has sought for his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 280 of 2024, under Sections 352, 109 B.N.S., Police Station Kakadev, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. The allegations made in the F.I.R. are that when the informant's son was going to take grocery three named accused including the applicant started abusing him, when informant's son had opposed the same the applicant snatched five hundred rupees kept in the pocket of informant's son and when the informant's son asked to return his money, the two accused caught hold his hands and the applicant gave a blow of knife in his abdomen, on account of which informant's son became unconscious. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that there is no credible evidence against the applicant. False recovery of knife has been shown on the pointing out of the applicant, which too has no independent witness. The applicant is languishing in jail since 04.11.2024. 5. Per contra, learned A.G.A. has submitted that the injured in his statement has specifically stated that the applicant had given a blow of knife in his abdomen, therefore, he does not deserve any indulgence. 6. Keeping in view submissions of learned counsel for the parties, gravity of offence, nature of allegations and all the attending facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, no case for bail is made out. 7.
