Non-applicants have no objections, if in case the application is allowed and the proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 i.e. Begu Devi are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No. 5(a) to 5(d). Respondent No.5 is stated to have died on 17.5.2020. The same is evident from the death certificate appended alongwith the present application. Right to receive compensation survives in the legal heirs, details whereof have been given in para 3 of the application. The same are strictly in consonance with the legal heirs certificate appended alongwith the present application. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the name of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No. 5(a) to 5(d). Amended memo of parties at page No. 110 of the paper book is ordered to be taken on record Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 23262 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. No-applicants have no objections, if in case, the amount as is being sought to be released, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 5(a), 5(b), 5(c) and 5(d). Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is permitted to be released in favour of the said applicants/respondents in terms of shares provided in para 4 of the application. The same be remitted to their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 5 of the application subject to proper verification of their identities. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 23264 of 2025 The applicants are exempted from filing the typed/legible copies of certain Annexures appended alongwith CMP No. 23262 of 2025 at this stage, subject to filing of the same within seven days, as and when directed to do so.
