Pathak, A.P.P. --- 04 / 21.01.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 44 of 2024 arising out of Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 366, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. Petitioner along with co-accused persons kidnapped the victim and took her to various places. She was kept in a hotel room where petitioner is alleged to have raped her. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about one and a half year. 5. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court. There is direct allegation against the petitioner that he had raped the victim. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
