Learned Advocate for the applicants submitted that, in clause (III) of the operative part of the above mentioned order, inadvertently, it is mentioned that "learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Latur" instead of "learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nilanga". Hence, it is prayed to correct the operative part of the said order. 3. On perusal of application memo, it seems that prayer clause 'B' itself mentioned as "charge-sheet vide R.C.C. No.804 of 2 spcriappln-2844-2023 2023, pending on the file before J.M.F.C., Latur may kindly be quashed and set-aside". The said fact was brought to the notice of learned Advocate for the applicants and directed him to amend the application. 4. As per order of this Court, learned Advocate for the applicants carried out the necessary amendment.
