Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 09.07.2025 (Ann.4), changing Bhag No.50 to 55 at Alooda, for assigning additional charge of BLO, alongwith discharging his duties as Teacher in Government Upper Primary School, Alooda. 2. Indisputably, petitioner was given additional charge of BLO, vide order dated 01.01.2024, for Bhag No.50 at Alooda, which has been changed by the impugned order. However, after arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner, having instructions of petitioner, does not press this writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 3.
