Bimola, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4. [2] At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied for the time being if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commissioner of Education (S), Government of Manipur to consider the representations (four in number) all dated 25.11.2025 submitted by the petitioners on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and disposed of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulated period. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners is confine to the consideration and disposal of the representations submitted by them, he has no objection in disposing of present writ petition as prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. [4] Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on examination of the materials available on record, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to issue the following directions; (I) The Commissioner of Education (S), Government of Manipur is hereby directed to consider the representations (four in number) all dated 25.11.2025 submitted by the petitioners on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to disposed of the same by issuing a speaking order. Page 3 (II) The Whole process should be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (III) It is made clear that the aforesaid direction has been given without examining or touching upon the merit of the present writ petition.
