GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 18456/2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to issue direction to respondent Nos 2 to 3 to conducting for ReInvestigation in FIR No 02/2024 dated 02 01 2024 against PRC No 16/2024 on the file of the I Addl Judicial Magistrate of First Class Kadapa which is illegal arbitrary unjust and unconstitutional and opposed to Principals of Natural justice and Article 14 19 21A of the Constitution of India and pass such.” 2. Heard Sri A.Srinivasa Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, upon receipt of written instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the Police had filed charge sheet vide P.R.C.No.16 of 2024, on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa on 25.07.2024, the stage of the case is at pre-trial and the matter is posted to 22.09.2025 for summons to accused. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before appropriate forum. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
