With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Junior Office Assistant (IT) in the office of Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), District Lahaul & Spiti, where he is stated to be posted w.e.f. 21.09.2022. Yes. 2 dated 26.07.2025 (Annexure P-4), seeking transfer from the aforesaid hard & tribal area to a station of his choice, is not being considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
