Present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 18.5.2023 passed in Case No.691 of 2023 (Deepnarayan Prasad and Others vs. Vijay Prasad) under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. It is not disputed that the aforesaid order would be subject to further statutory remedy and in view thereof, present petition would not be entertainable. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory remedy.
