Both these Bail Applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order.

3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with A.T.S. P.S. Case No. 06/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 216, 413, 414, 467, 468 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-A), 25(1-b) (a), 25(6), 25(7), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C. XVIII-cum- Special Judge, A.T.S., Ranchi.
4. On 17.07.2023, A.T.S. Ranchi had apprehended the petitioner Chandan Kumar Saw from the house of Champa Devi while the petitioner Warish Ansari @ Mussa was apprehended from a place near Tempo stand, Dardag Ormanjhi. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of both the accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are in custody for one and a half years.
6. Both the learned APPs have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners are members of dreaded gangs of Aman Sahu. It was further submitted that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent.
7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
