A perusal of order dated 08.09.2021 would reveal that the Family Court enhanced the maintenance amount to Rs.1,200/- - Rs.1,200/- each in favour of applicants No. 2 & 3. Further copy of judgment dated 22.01.2024 passed by this Court would reveal that applicant No.1 has already been granted a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in addition to amount of Rs.50,000/- already granted by the learned Family Court.
