III A.C.M.M., at Bengaluru and further proceedings thereof against the petitioner to meet the ends of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel HCGP for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record. 3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner as well as learned HCGP jointly submit that ‘B’ report has already been filed before the learned Magistrate pursuant to the impugned proceedings. The said submission is placed on record. 5.
